At each harvest, the wines produced from the grapes after pressing give us this feeling of discovery and the unknown.
We vinify without knowing the result of a new vintage, even if the work in the vat room is often the same, delicate and subtle, the revelation of the first samples is always an apprehension and a true happiness, so much the product obtained moves us at each tasting.
The family estate, created in the 1960s, has been transformed over the course of the wine-growing seasons. Each stage has shaped it to the rhythm of meetings, harvests and past events.
Because each parcel is unique, we constantly highlight the best assets of our vineyard, in order to produce typical wines with a unique character, which characterize that of Champagne Sylvie Moreau.
